Carol S Haw
Carol is a legal assistant with over 25 years experience in Gibraltar, having particular expertise in corporate and commercial. The firm has created a niche department headed by partner Peter Triay which Carol has joined and is dedicated to handling growth in various specialised fields such as Funds, Corporate Structuring and Reorganisation, Financial Services, Restructures, Capital Duty and Tax Planning and Structured Financing.
Since joining Attias & Levy in 2010, Carol has been involved in a variety of commercial matters including an international restructuring project, the implementation of a settlement agreement requiring security over shares in Gibraltar companies, the acquisition of a majority shareholding in a Bank, the sale of a telecommunications business, various Financial Services matters, advising in relation to a dispute with a Fund and various tax planning matters.
