 Our website provides information and explains to all visitors the services provided by Attias & Levy (“the Firm”).  The privacy policy together with our terms of business sets out the way in which we obtain personal information; how it is used;  retained and disclosed in a professional relationship between the Firm and yourself as the client. Personal Data Personal data means any information which can be used to identify you as an individual, including details on the provision of legal services about which you contacted this website and any other information that you choose to provide. What Type of Data is Collected The data which we may collect includes but is not limited to full contact details such as name; residential address; mobile telephone and landline; telefax and email address; professional information by way of CV to include qualifications and up to date work experience.  It also includes details from our web server logo as identifiable information when you visit our website and any other personal information which you may wish to provide to us.  None of this information is shared with a third party unless it is specifically stated in the privacy policy or we believe that it is to be shared as required by law. The Firm follows the general rules on the Lawfulness of the Processing of Personal Data and all of the provisions set out in the Data Protection Act 2004. How is the Data used   Non-personal identifiable information allows us to improve the design and content of our site. Personal identifiable information is used to deal with your enquiries; to provide you with details of our services; to communicate directly with you and to comply with our legal requirements. How is the Data retained and disclosed The personal identifiable information collected is stored and retained by the Firm for its original intended purpose unless you agree to a different use.  The data is only retained as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.  The Firm will safeguard the privacy of such personal identifiable information through internal security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the data collected.    These include physical, organisational and technological measures.  Upon request, we shall provide you access to all personal identifiable information collected and will only disclose such data if required by law.  When the data is no longer required in accordance with all internal procedure it shall be deleted or erased.
