Suzika Santiago
Suzika is part of the commercial team led by Stephen Catania. She mainly concentrates on property matters such as conveyancing, tenancy agreements, licences and advising financing and lending institutions. She is also regularly instructed in contentious and non-contentious landlord and tenant disputes.
On the commercial side, she deals with all matters associated with the starting of a business, from the incorporation of a company, to obtaining the requisite licences and planning permits. She has been involved in matters concerning the winding up of companies as well as the reinstatement of companies when wound up by the registrar of companies.
Suzika is popular with aspects of probate from drafting of wills to applications of grant of probate and the administration of estates.
