Abraham Levy, the Managing Director of A&L Lawyers Limited is wellÂ-known in the commercial, business law and property field having acted for a variety of landlords, developers, banks and major construction companies. He has always enjoyed a very creative and constructive side to the law by assisting numerous local and international clients in the set up of new ventures and businesses. He has a wide international client base and has successfully developed an area of private client work for the Firm. Abraham has also developed the Firm's growth in the area of Financial Services.

Levi Attias concentrates on corporate, commercial, private client work and non-contentious trust work with an eclectic array of external personal and community interests. He adds a dash of charisma and has a varied range of clientele.

Stephen Catania
Stephen Catania has a reputation as a tenacious litigator, who frequently approaches cases from an unexpected angle. Stephen conducts a wide variety of contentious matters including commercial, contractual, construction disputes, professional negligence financial services, licensing appeals and public law cases. Stephen has had numerous cases reported in the Gibraltar Law Reports during his long career, and regularly receives high ratings in major external legal directories such as Chambers.

Dustin Joyce
Dustin heads the firm’s Conveyancing Department and specialises in property and commercial law. He advises individuals, developers, banks, management companies, investors and businesses on residential acquisitions and disposals, investment property transactions, commercial leases, and complex contractual negotiations. With extensive experience in both transactional and advisory work, Dustin provides strategic and commercially focused guidance across the full lifecycle of property matter, from structuring and risk assessment through to completion and post-transaction enforcement. He is particularly experienced in advising management companies and developers on leasehold structures, covenant enforcement, service charge regimes and building scheme issues. Clients value Dustin’s clear, pragmatic advice and his ability to manage transactions efficiently while maintaining close attention to legal risk. In addition to his property practice, Dustin has a growing focus on AI, technology and business risk. He advises clients on contractual risk allocation, digital compliance and governance issues arising from the use of emerging technologies. Through ongoing professional development in AI governance and technology-related legal risk, he ensures clients receive commercially practical advice that anticipates future regulatory and operational developments.

Sunil has a busy practice in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, property and private client work. His litigation practice includes insolvency, civil fraud, trust-related claims, landlord and tenant matters and contractual disputes. Sunil’s property and real estate work involves the sale and purchase of property in Gibraltar. He also represents developers, banks and building societies in relation to mortgages, financing and security documentation. His private client practice includes residency advice, immigration matters, specialist tax status and options available to high-net-worth individuals as well as estate planning.
